When not behind his camera Carlos is putting pen to paper; writing stories. Early in his writing career Carlos wrote articles for Screen Rant, Moviepilot, FanSided and other online publications that focused on film and pop culture.
Jumping from news sites to books, he published his first novel (a literary romance) in January 2026. His second novel, Angel Letters of Esther, is due for release this Christmas.
